We are here for you. As a first point of contact - from the moment you apply through to your graduation and beyond - no question or concern is too big or too small for us.

# A friendly voice right from the start

We will be in touch with you when you first arrive, to welcome you and check that you are settling in OK. Tell us what you need (or what you need to know) and we will connect you to the best person to help, whether that’s us, an academic or one of our expert services.

# Talk to us in confidence

We are here to listen. Our team is trained to listen carefully and compassionately to you. We will treat your enquiry professionally and in confidence. Your information is always kept within the confines of the University and will not be discussed with anyone else (including parents).

# Support when you need it most

You can contact us at any time to get advice – whether you need help getting a replacement ID card or help getting a referral to counselling services. But we will also be pro-active and contact you if we think you might be struggling. We use Learner Analytics (opens new window) and Touchpoint attendance data, as well as correspondence with academics, to identify if you might need help engaging with your course. We know that this data does not always give us the full picture, so we will always contact you to ask if you need our help.

Embarking on University life is both exciting and somewhat daunting. We understand the key milestones and pressure points in the student journey and can help you navigate them successfully. We aim to be a continual and consistent source of information and support that you can trust and rely on to help make sense of University life.

# An expert for you to speak to

It is our business to know Coventry University and the CU Group like no-one else! We can help you access expert services you might not even know exist, as well as guide you through processes like applying for extensions and deferrals. We aim to be a bridge between you and all areas of student life.
