# Stay safe on Campus
We take the health and safety of students and staff very seriously and have introduced SafeZone (opens new window) to increase the safety of our campuses. The app – available from the App Store (opens new window) or Google Play (opens new window) – enables you to call for help when you need it most, giving you fast access to university response teams whenever and wherever you are on campus.
# Download SafeZone app
Go to the App Store (opens new window) or Google Play (opens new window) on your phone and select 'Get' or 'Install'. It is easy to use and free to download.
# Log in using your university username and password
The first time you use the app, you will be asked to sign in using your University username and password.
# Get help logging in
If you have any issues logging into the app, please log a call with IT Services (opens new window) and someone will assist you.
