# Replace your Student ID card
You'll need your
ID card to get access to campus buildings, use printers, and register your attendance. If you've lost it or it's damaged, here's how you can get a replacement.

# Check if your lost ID card has been handed in
If your ID card is handed in at an Information Point we will send you an email to let you know we have it ready for collection, we will also send a reminder 2 weeks later to let you know.
Our policy is to keep lost ID cards for up to 4 weeks so they need to be collected within this window otherwise you will have to apply for a replacement card. Please see how to do this below.
# Fill in the application form
Lost, stolen, or damaged student ID cards can be replaced at a cost of £10. You will need your student ID number, personal details, and a credit or debit card to make the payment online (we are unable to take cash payments at the Reception). You will also have to fill in the online application form (opens new window).
# Take the receipt to an InfoPoint
Upon completion of payment, you will immediately receive a receipt by email. Present your receipt at the HUB InfoPoint and you will be able to collect your new card. You can show the email on your phone or print it out. You will not be able to pick up a card on behalf of someone else.
