Get your Student ID card

Your student ID card is very important because:

• It gives you access to University buildings and accomodation.
• You need it to register your attendance at classes.
• It gives you access to printing.
• You can use it to get a range of student discounts.

You should collect your ID card before teaching begins on Monday, 8 January 2024.

How do I get my Student ID card?

1. Complete your online enrolment

You need to complete your online enrolment (opens new window) before you can apply for a Student ID card. If you already have your University email and password, it means you have completed online enrolment. Help and support will be available on site. For tuition fee payment options please click here. 2. Collect your card

Your Student ID card can be collected from Customer Services located on the ground floor of Centrum Południe. It is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please bring a photo identification document such as passport or national ID card to verify your identity and nationality.
