# Find lost property

If you have lost something, we will try our best to help you find it.

# Retrace your steps

Go to the building where you last remember having your lost item. Check the areas that you used in that building. If you do not have access to a room, the Customer Experience team can help you.

# Check if your lost property has been handed in

All lost property is taken to the Customer Experience Team desk. We will store it securely there for 1 week before handing it to Central Lost Property on the Ground Floor of Priory Building.

Sometimes items are handed directly to Central Lost Property so you will need to check both places. (If you find lost property, you can either take it to the CXT desk or Central Lost Property).

Valuable items like keys, wallets, purses, mobile phones and laptops will only be kept for a short time before being handed to Central Lost Property as soon as possible.

Tip:

All USB sticks that are handed in will be sent directly to Central Lost Property.

# Claim your lost property

Bring some proof of identity with you when claiming your lost property (e.g. Student ID card). You will be asked to describe the item and if we can locate it, you just need sign a lost property form.

# Go to Central Lost Property

If we cannot find your lost item, go to Central Lost Property.
