# Check your timetable
Make sure you know when and where your classes are by checking your personal timetable online.
# Log in to the Student Portal
Go to the Timetable (opens new window) tile on the Student Portal and log in using your CUS username and password. You will be directed to your own personal timetable.
# Look at your timetable
Each coloured block on your timetable represents a taught session that you need to attend. It shows the time and location of the class as well as the module code and lecturer's name. Use the arrows on the top left-hand side of the page to scroll backwards and forwards to view your timetable for each week of the academic year. To view your timetable by day or month, use the buttons on the top right-hand side of the page.
This is an electronic timetable and may be changed or updated. Make sure that you check it regularly in case any of your classes change time or location. Tutors sometimes announce room changes by email or on Aula as well.
# Ask for your timetable to be changed
Sometimes incorrect modules may show on your timetable or two modules may appear on your timetable at the same time. To fix this, email timetabling. If you want to change your timetable for personal reasons - you will need to contact the Customer Experience team for further advice first.
