# International Pathway Programmes

International Pathway Programmes (opens new window) have been designed for students who do not meet the entry requirements for direct entry to their preferred Coventry University undergraduate or postgraduate course. It aims to help you to achieve the academic and/or English grades you require to study at university.

The course portfolio consists of International Foundation Year (IFY), International Year One (IY1), and Master Qualifying Programme (MQP).

# Enrolment

Enrolment opens around 2 - 3 weeks before the teaching starts. As an International Pathway student you must be enrolled by the first day of teaching:

November – Monday 1 November

January – Monday 17 January

May – Monday 16 May

# Teaching Location

If you are based in Coventry, you will be studying in the Elm Bank and Mile Lane Buildings.

If you are based in London, (opens new window) you will be studying in the University House and/or Cutlers Exchange.

# Aula

Your teaching materials will be available on Aula a mobile-first, interactive teaching and learning environment which is at the heart of your learning experience whether you are studying remotely, on-campus, or a blend of both. Use the link to find out more about getting started on Aula.

As an international student, you will have temporary access to Aula through the Welcome Portal and once your enrolment is fully completed your access will be permanent.

# International Student Support

We understand that moving to a different country can be a difficult time for students. International Student Support is here to help you with any pastoral or study-related immigration issues. If you are at the CU London Campus, you can find information about International Student Services on the CULC Student Portal (opens new window).

# English Class Support

You have a dedicated Student Handbook (SHBK) for your English module(s) to help orientate you to the programme and to support your learning as you progress through your course. You will find the SHBK on the Aula page for your English module(s). The SHBK also has guidance for IT platforms such as OneDrive and Microsoft Teams (if required).

# Student Services

· Registry is the administrative hub of the University and we oversee a wide range of aspects of your academic and student life.

· Digital Services is the central support department that provides all of the University's ICT services and facilities. For those based at our London Campus, the team is based at University House.

· The Customer Experience Team is a friendly team of advisors, ready to welcome you throughout your student journey and are based at our Coventry and London (opens new window) campuses.

· The Library can be found at our Coventry and London campuses and has a huge range of resources, both electronic and print, to help you study and prepare for assessments.

· Our Welfare Team in Coventry and London provide support for physical, psychological, and emotional health and wellbeing.

· The Talent Team aims to provide you with professional careers and employability support throughout your journey with us.

· The Disability Team provides individualised advice and guidance from the application stage to graduation and is based at our Coventry and London (opens new window) campuses.
